Travel and destination bookings

Round-trip distance from the agreed operating location, per approved vehicle per trip: up to 30 miles included; over 30–75 miles $50; over 75–125 miles $100; over 125–200 miles $175; beyond 200 miles, $175 plus $75 for each additional started 100-mile block. A 350-mile round trip is $325. Fuel and ordinary vehicle wear are included. Parking, tolls and ferries are separate. Remote work has no travel fee.

A separate day reserved only for travel costs $150 per required crew member for up to four scheduled hours, or $300 for more than four. No separate travel-day fee applies on a day already billed for a service package.

Flights, baggage, lodging, rental transport, required permits and other necessary supplier costs are quoted at approved totals before booking. No distance-band charge applies to the same rental-car miles. Trip coordination is $50 per trip when GGA books external travel, not per traveler or booking; none for ordinary driving-only trips or entirely client-booked arrangements.

Meals/incidental allowance: $60 per crew member per full overnight-assignment day; $30 on arrival/departure days. A same-day trip qualifies for $30 only when planned time away exceeds eight hours. Provided meals reduce the allowance by $15 breakfast, $15 lunch and $30 dinner, to a minimum of $0. No duplicate meal receipts or alcohol charges.

The estimate identifies route, crew, vehicles, dates, service fees and travel expenses. Shared vehicle costs are charged once and allocated transparently. Supplier bookings need written approval and advance funding. Price or itinerary changes require a revised approved total. Supplier refunds/credits and unused supplier expense funds are reconciled under your agreement. Personal expenses and optional unapproved upgrades are excluded.
