Find the details you need before booking. Your project quote and agreement confirm the terms that apply to your work.
Send your service, goal, date, location, intended use and deliverables. We confirm availability and a written estimate, followed by the agreement and its payment steps. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.
Your quote and agreement state the payment amount, due dates, acceptance deadline and any recurring commitment. There is no universal deposit percentage advertised here. Approved outside bookings may need advance funding.
Additional locations, pages, products, runtime, revisions or deliverables need an approved fixed quote. We do not treat a package as unlimited work or automatically invoice hourly overages.
The agreement sets the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for your service. Contact us promptly. Weather, venue restrictions or travel disruption are discussed before revised arrangements; supplier commitments may have separate nonrecoverable costs.
Share your priorities and budget. We can recommend a smaller scope or a phased project using standard rates.
Delivery ranges appear on the relevant service page. Your written schedule depends on the agreed start, supplied materials, feedback and project scope. Confirm deadline-sensitive work before booking.
Each package states its included rounds. Send one consolidated set of feedback per round. A new direction, reshoot, extra version or added scope is separately quoted.
Subject to availability, 48-hour rush adds 30% of the standard service subtotal being expedited, minimum $50; 24-hour rush adds 50%, minimum $75. Your quote shows the fixed dollar fee. Booking urgency and delivery urgency are assessed separately.
Bring approved copy, brand assets, dimensions/specifications, permissions and one decision-maker for design work. For capture work, supply a timeline, location access, participants and shot priorities. Media projects need organized files and permission to copy/use them.
Tell us about communication, timing, breaks, sensory or location preferences. You do not need to share a diagnosis; we discuss a workable plan before booking.
All usable, standard-edited photographs from the booked coverage are included. There is no fixed image count and no per-photo purchase fee for that included gallery. This does not mean every exposure or RAW file.
Selection/culling, exposure, color and crop. Advanced retouching, composites, object removal, colorization and printed products are separate unless specifically included.
Your package specifies finished films, clips, formats and revisions. RAW footage, complete ceremony/speech edits, livestreams, extra formats and filming for editing-only projects are not automatically included.
Only the agreed coverage plan and crew are included. Simultaneous events, restricted access, extra operators and special equipment need advance planning. No specific moment or sports play is guaranteed.
The $50 rate is per athlete for one shared game, with a minimum of six paid athletes for the booking to run. It is not exclusive coverage, a team portrait session or a guarantee of specific plays/images.
Seasonal events run only after GGA confirms the date, location and booking details. Any announced special-event package has its own terms; it does not replace the standard portrait rates. Bring your own outfits, costumes, decor and props unless the event explicitly says otherwise.
Visit Find My Photos. Keep your delivered files backed up. Tell us your portfolio/privacy preferences during booking; public gallery availability is not a promise of permanent storage.
Only when listed. Design packages specify files, sizes and revision rounds; printing, shipping, paid fonts/stock, additional versions and writing may be separate. Supply final proofread copy and printer specifications.
Logo Essentials and the listed brand systems include their stated vector and export files. Final original logo ownership transfers after payment; unused concepts are excluded. Other source-file deliverables depend on the selected package.
Hosting, domains, paid software, copywriting, ongoing care and SEO setup are separate unless expressly listed. Website work uses existing visual builders, themes and supported plugin settings; custom coding, APIs and code-level repairs are excluded.
One-time setup for up to five pages is $300 and separate from website builds. Additional setup pages are $40 each. There is no ongoing SEO or ranking guarantee in website or care packages.
Design-only content is delivered for you to publish. Managed social plans state platforms, placements, capture and monitoring limits. Meta support, Google Business Profile care, hosting and website care each have a separate scope. Ad spend, unlimited inbox support and unlimited edits are not included.
The Starter, Growth and Pro creative memberships have a three-month minimum, paid monthly upfront. Their hours are capacity caps within a fixed monthly price, not an hourly invoice rate.
Send the model/artwork, dimensions, quantity, color, finish and deadline. Suitability is checked first; custom sizes and bulk orders receive a fixed quote. Existing-design prices apply only to the listed design and size.
No. Format, condition and duration are assessed before acceptance. Damaged/moldy tapes, repairs, advanced restoration, editing and extra recorded duration are separate or may not be supported.
The listed scanning and transfer packages return your originals. Agree handoff, shipping, return arrangements and delivery format before work starts. Shipping and physical storage devices are separate unless included.
No. Scanning, restoration, colorization, printing and transfer are distinct services. The 500-photo box applies to loose, clean, flat prints from wallet size to 8×10; albums, fragile items and oversize originals need a different scope.
Included cloud download is 90 days; an additional 90 days is $15. Download your files and maintain your own backup. Separate backup setup does not promise lifetime storage or recovery.
