Your booking includes all usable, standard-edited photographs from the agreed coverage, with no per-photo purchase fee. There is no fixed image count; RAW files and every exposure are not included.
Standard editing covers selection, exposure, color, and cropping. Detailed retouching, composites, prints, and additional products are included only when your package or quote lists them.
Tell us who or what we’re photographing, your location, preferred date, and priorities. We’ll confirm the coverage window, staffing, delivery timing, and scope in your quote. A second photographer is included only where stated.
Let us know about breaks, mobility, sensory needs, posing concerns, or communication preferences that would help. You do not need to provide a diagnosis.

Personal-use and business-use permissions are stated in your agreement. Tell us how you plan to use the images so we can confirm the right scope. Prints and physical products are separate unless listed.
Tell us before booking if you want to opt out of portfolio use. We’ll record that preference for your project.
We’ll discuss an appropriate weather plan and follow the rescheduling terms in your agreement.
