Standard appointment hours: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Central Time. Availability is checked against existing calendar commitments. Share your preferred date when you submit your request.
We aim to reply within three business days. Your meeting or session is reserved only after we confirm the details with you.
01 / INTRODUCTORY MEETINGS
A 30-minute introductory conversation about your project, goals, audience, timeline and budget. Choose an available time and share a short project summary. We will confirm your request and meeting details before it is reserved.
02 / HOLIDAY REQUESTS · ALL YEAR
Request holiday-themed photography at any time of year—for an upcoming celebration, early planning, family portraits or a friend-group session.
Tell us the holiday or theme, preferred dates, location, group size, desired session length, and any props or costumes you plan to bring. Requests are reviewed for availability; they do not reserve a session automatically.
03 / SPORTS REQUESTS
Request individual athlete portraits, team photos or game and event coverage. Tell us which type of session you need so we can plan the right coverage.
Include the sport, athlete or team, age group, date and time, venue, number of participants, and any venue access requirements. Shared game coverage depends on the applicable package requirements and availability.
